Welcome to Healthy Life, Bob Style!

Welcome to my blog! I am on a voyage to achieve my peak health, and I am dedicating this blog to sharing my experiences with health, fitness, nutrition, and exercise in order to help others do the same. Along with sharing tips and tricks of my own, I will post any interesting sites that give information on nutrition and fitness for you to peruse. I am especially interested in living a low-carb lifestyle, and I follow the primal lifestyle in particular, so some tips will be geared toward this. Other tips will come from my other passions, which include weight training, healthy cooking, and supplements. I have years of experience in these areas, including coaching amateur powerlifters, earning a degree in Sport and Fitness Management, managing vitamin and nutrient stores, and most recently joining the Beachbody team. I look forward to sharing with you and answering any questions you may have as we travel down the path of healthy living!
